Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables. Developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans. Reporting and presenting to executive level audiences on critical business initiatives. The Impact You Will Have: Playing a key role in the realization of high‑speed silicon‑proven interface IP solutions. Ability to influence and manage across cross‑functional teams to drive market share growth ahead of industry trends. Driving project success by enabling operational improvements and closing any workflow gaps. Enabling communication and coordination between cross‑functional teams. Facilitating the smooth execution of IP projects – contributing to the development of cutting‑edge technology solutions. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline). Proven experience as a Program Manager, leading complex projects in the software industry. Experience working in an agile development environment. Excellent project management skills. Exceptional leadership abilities. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to organize communication at different levels of abstraction. Understanding of artificial intelligence or machine learning is a plus.
