In this full-time role, you'll facilitate engaging activities and events while building connections with residents and families. You will play a critical part in ensuring a vibrant atmosphere through hands-on support designed to enrich the lives of seniors in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of diverse recreational programs
• Create daily communications for activities
• Build connections with residents and families
• Drive residents on community outings
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field preferred
• Experience in geriatric programming is an asset
• Knowledge of wellness dimensions and adaptations
• Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
