Requirements:

  • An active FSRA Mortgage Agent or Broker license AND a minimum of 1 year in the business OR at least 3 funded deals
  • If you’re a Mortgage Specialist or a Mortgage Underwriter with at least 2 years of experience, and you have recently passed the Mortgage Agent course, you are qualified for this job
  • Disposition to be coached and trained
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work with internal agents, clients, lenders, and lawyers to satisfy outstanding conditions and ensure all documents are compliant with FSRA guidelines
  • Stay updated on new products, services, procedures, and tools by attending training meetings
  • Knowledge of FilogixPro and Google Drive is an asset
