Bimbo Canada is seeking a Maintenance Manager with over 7 years of experience in fast-paced production settings. This integral role requires strong leadership and expertise in maintaining production equipment and utility services. You will promote associate safety, execute maintenance strategies, and play a key role in the Plant Management team overseeing approximately 500 staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage maintenance of production equipment and facility utilities
• Drive improvement initiatives for plant productivity and safety
• Schedule and oversee maintenance staff training and tasks
• Research and implement new technologies for operational efficiency
• Develop and manage capital plans and budgets
Requirements:
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of PLCs and preventative maintenance software
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
