This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large‑scale modernization effort that emphasizes efficiency, innovation, and human‑centered digital experiences. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise‑scale data systems that power secure, high‑performing, and scalable digital services. You’ll be a key technical leader in shaping the data architecture strategy and ensuring alignment with business and technology goals. Key Responsibilities Lead data architecture design and implementation across enterprise platforms. Develop and maintain data architecture strategies, models, and frameworks for large‑scale systems. Perform data analysis and risk assessments to support business and user needs. Design, configure, and optimize databases aligned with organizational standards and best practices. Ensure data security, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and tuning. Manage day‑to‑day database operations including backups, access, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product Owners, Developers, and Technical Leads) to deliver high‑impact digital platforms. Provide technical mentorship to teams, promoting continuous improvement in data architecture practices. Must‑Have Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Data Architect on large‑scale enterprise projects. Expertise with database design, optimization, and performance tuning. Strong understanding of data modeling, architecture frameworks, and security principles. Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud‑based data solutions. Proficiency in MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB. Familiarity with .NET / .NET Core, C#, and TypeScript‑based environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills. Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
