310T Licensed Mechanic needed for a mobile role covering our businesses Ottawa, Ontario. A mobile service vehicle will be provided and outfitted with the necessary equipment; own tools will be required. Its a full-time opportunity to maintain and repair our fleet of Sweepers, Water Trucks, Dump Trucks, Live Bottom Trailers and Snow Plows.

At A&G The Road Cleaners Ltd., we ensure our equipment is a safe for our drivers so they can do their best quality work. We are also an essential service with many growth opportunities.

The ideal applicant would live in the nearby areas and be capable of adequately covering the region.

Perform routine heavy-duty truck inspections in yard with Mobile unit.Diagnose mechanical problemsRepair vehicles including engines, HVAC, brakes, frame, steering, suspension, tires, wheels, drive train as well as electrical system components.Qualifications

Min 2 years experience as a diesel mechanic310T License requiredClass G Driver's License with clean abstract to be providedYou possess knowledge of all vehicle systems and have the skills and technical abilities to effectively diagnose repairs and identify recommendations for maintenance.Strong attention to detail will ensure driver satisfaction. You take pride in performing maintenance and repairs in an efficient and professional manner.You are able to work independently or as part of a team, versatile with proven ability to multitask.Ability to perform in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in winter works operation is an asset.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
