Production Scheduler The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining weekly production plans to ensure inventory requirements are met. This role involves collaboration with the Production Department and requires approval from the Business Unit Manager. Responsibilities Develop and maintain weekly production plans. Ensure inventory requirements are met. Collaborate with the Production Department to adjust plans as needed. Work closely with the Site Supply Chain Manager. Essential Skills Minimum 3–5 years of direct production scheduling or manufacturing experience. Strong proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access). Demonstrated organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to stay level‑headed under pressure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Post‑secondary education or certification in Production and Inventory Control (e.g., C.A.P.I.C.). Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP. Background in supporting commercialization processes and coordinating production trials with cross‑functional teams. Work Environment Work in a large manufacturing/GMP facility equipped with heavily automated, state‑of‑the‑art technology. The environment is temperature‑controlled and very clean. Compliance with GMP requirements, including PPE such as hairnets, beardnets, coats, and safety shoes, is mandatory. The facility employs about 400–500 people, with approximately 100 people per crew across four crews. The facility operates 24/7, and this position is for the day shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00–$34.00/hr.
