In this full-time, permanent role, you will oversee the upkeep of facilities and grounds, focusing on plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and preventative maintenance. With extended hours and a commitment to safety, you’ll ensure all company houses are functional, secure, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and relocate appliances and furniture
• Conduct plumbing repairs and installations
• Perform carpentry and cabinet assembly
• Maintain equipment and handle preventative maintenance
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid G Driver’s license
• Strong mechanical skills for repairs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities
