Overview We are seeking a technical Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Application Onboarding. The successful candidate will join the Workforce IAM Engineering - Application Onboarding Team, providing technical leadership, application onboarding expertise, and post-onboarding operations support. This role is ideal for someone with deep IAM knowledge, excellent coordination and communication skills, and experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations in an enterprise environment. The consultant will also ensure that identity governance processes are executed efficiently and securely, while liaising with Technology and Business Asset Owners throughout the lifecycle. Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite - Toronto) Contract Type: Contract Responsibilities Lead and support onboarding of business applications to SailPoint IdentityIQ Perform account and entitlement data extractions and run automation macros Ensure timely updates in TD Asset Registry (TDAR) and AMH systems Manage onboarding communication and coordination with TAOs/BAOs Guide stakeholders through review and approval processes Post-Onboarding Activities Run and manage entitlement review campaigns Manage approval workflows and upload documents to SharePoint/JIRA Conduct change requests for previously onboarded apps Deploy changes across lower environments and support testing Prepare approvals for release management Maintain trackers and JIRA tickets for changes and escalations Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ Strong IAM knowledge (policies, entitlement management, access reviews) Understanding of security architecture and change management processes Familiarity with AMH, TDAR, SharePoint, JIRA Strong communication skills for coordination with asset owners Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) Experience working with macros/scripts for automation Screening Questions Full Name: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline? Do you have experience performing post-onboarding activities like TDAR updates, macro executions, report preparation, and campaign execution? Have you supported or led change management tasks for onboarded apps? Are you experienced with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban? Are you comfortable using tools like AMH, TDAR, SharePoint, and JIRA for documentation and workflow tracking?
