This high‑impact role is responsible for ensuring Lavender maximizes its financial performance and sustainability through advanced data analytics and financial modeling. Responsibilities Financial Modelling and Strategic Pricing Create detailed financial models to assess the profitability of services by payer, service type, and geographic market. Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to model and recommend optimized pricing strategies. Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting by providing data‑driven projections related to payer mix, collection rates, and fee schedule changes. Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to monitor key revenue cycle metrics. Partner with Operations and Nursing teams to understand operational factors affecting revenue. Identify revenue leakage and propose operational improvements. Conduct rapid, deep‑dive analyses to support executive decision‑making. Payer Revenue Optimization Analyze existing payer contracts to identify opportunities for revenue recovery and uplift. Develop models to forecast the financial impact of new contract terms or rate adjustments. Collaborate with Billing and RCM teams to improve clean claim rates and expedite collections. Support insurer negotiations and contracting strategies with modeling and analysis. Success Metrics Significant improvements in net collection rate, ARPU, and other key revenue metrics. Acceptance and adoption of pricing recommendations that increase revenue or reduce costs. Clear, real‑time dashboards and reports that inform executive strategy. Strong collaborative relationships across Growth, Billing, RCM, and Operations. Data insights that drive high‑priority executive decisions. Qualifications Degree in finance, economics, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of financial analysis, revenue optimization, or data analytics experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong foundational understanding of U.S. healthcare payer dynamics, CPT codes, and reimbursement methodologies. Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis. Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Self‑starter mindset with a solutions‑focused approach. Strong organizational and analytical skills, comfortable in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
