Our Records and Information Management team develops compliant records and archive management frameworks and practices designed to enhance business processes, strengthen decision making, and preserve corporate memory. The team of dedicated and responsive information professionals work collaboratively with business partners to help them perform their work effectively and efficiently by ensuring recorded information is accurate, reliable and usable throughout its lifecycle. How You Will Create Impact Provides strategic direction while maintaining a hands‑on leadership style. Actively engages in projects and collaborates closely with your team by balancing oversight with direct involvement where needed. Manages, facilitates and oversees programs and projects that implement RIM best‑practice solutions. Develops and maintains business cases, program roadmaps and supporting materials; oversees the development and execution of project plans. Serves as a senior RIM subject‑matter expert, offering valuable advice on RIM policy compliance and best‑practice application in technology and business process. Manages the Advisory and Enablement function, providing RIM analysts and project resources with leadership, direction and guidance on delivering best‑practice advice, navigating complex scenarios, and solving business and technology problems. Fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners. How You Will Succeed Build trusting relationships and provide feedback to enable the successful development of your team and colleagues. Foster innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on client experience. Facilitate the adoption of change and create a high‑performance culture through alignment of your team’s work with organizational goals. Successfully convey messages and demonstrate openness to exploring alternative points of view. Use critical thinking to guide decision making. To Join Our Team Have 6–9 years of experience delivering multi‑faceted records and information management advice and solutioning, possessing expert knowledge of physical and electronic RIM principles, practices, and methodologies with proven ability to apply these principles to solve business problems. Have a minimum of 3 years experience leading process and people. Be proficient in Project Management and Business Analysis practices; have a successful track record of managing project lifecycles, with strong knowledge of systems solutioning. Hold a post‑secondary degree in Business Management or Administration. A graduate degree with specialization in Records Management or Information Sciences is an asset. Hold the Certified Records Managers (CRM), Information Management or Information Governance accreditation or equivalent. What You Need To Know You will travel regularly.
