As a Gaming Support Technician, you’ll play a vital role in providing technical assistance and maintaining equipment at Dave & Buster's. This position involves keeping midway attractions in optimal condition while delivering excellent guest service. With key responsibilities ranging from game repairs to managing ticket storage, you will directly impact the fun and enjoyment of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain amusement equipment promptly
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and positive energy
• Communicate openly with team members and managers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Midway
• Conduct inventory management and restock supplies
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong communication skills with guests and team
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Experience with technical or electrical tasks is preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
