Vancouver, Canada Highspot Full time

About Highspot Highspot is pioneering the category that is fundamentally changing the way companies increase sales productivity. On a mission to transform the way millions of people work with sales enablement, Highspot is committed to building breakthrough software with a spark of magic. We believe a great place to work is about more than the work – it’s about what the company stands for, and how it authentically represents its values in the real world. To this end, we have put intentional focus on creating equitable workspaces for each of our employees. Our goal is to create a culture where everyone feels a deep sense of belonging and is empowered to be an agent of change, with the ability to transform themselves, their workplace, and their world. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to join our Product & Engineering organization. This is a high-impact role operating at the intersection of product development and commercial delivery. While every TPM here drives product delivery, you will have a specific focus on a unique challenge: Custom Solution Delivery. You will be the bridge between our Product teams and our customer-facing organizations (GTM, Technical Account Managers), ensuring that when we sell complex, customized SaaS solutions, we deliver them with precision, integrity, and durability. What You'll Do In this role, you will divide your focus between two core pillars: 1. Complex Solution Delivery Lead Custom Delivery Projects: Build and execute detailed project plans for the delivery of custom software solutions to our strategic B2B customers. You will own the "how" and "when" of getting these solutions designed, approved, and into the customer's hands. Commercial & Client Alignment: Act as the primary technical liaison for our GTM and Customer Success teams. You will bring a customer mindset to the engineering floor, ensuring our technical execution aligns with client commitments. You will facilitate the internal Product & Engineering discussions, and the development of solutions that scale and benefit all of our customers. Risk Management: Spot scope‑creep and delivery risks early. Use your attention to detail to ensure custom requirements don't derail the broader product roadmap. 2. Product Program Management Drive the SDLC: Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to manage the full software development lifecycle (PDLC/SDLC). You will ensure a predictable delivery cadence for core features. GTM Readiness: Ensure that our Sales, Support, and Marketing teams are fully enabled and ready for new launches. You will connect the dots between code‑complete and customer‑ready. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Facilitate the rituals that keep teams moving (planning, retrospectives, dependency management) and translate ambitious product goals into actionable, organized plans. Your Background B2B SaaS Delivery: Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically regarding solution delivery. You understand the unique pressures of delivering software to enterprise clients. SDLC Mastery: Deep understanding of the SaaS software SDLC / PDLC. You know how software gets built, tested, and shipped, and you know how to optimize that process. Customer-Facing Experience: Unlike many internal-facing TPMs, you have experience in a customer-facing role. You are comfortable navigating the commercial side of the business and working collaboratively with GTM teams. Project Planning Expert: You have specific experience building project plans for the delivery of custom software solutions. You don’t just track tickets; you map out the path to success. Organizational Rigor: Extreme attention to detail. You are highly organized and can keep track of complex dependencies without letting things slip through the cracks. Communication: You can translate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and commercial realities to engineering teams. Base salary range: $146,000 - $178,000 CAD Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation. The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications. Highspot also offers the following employee benefits for this position: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life benefits Group Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and matching employer contributions (DPSP) with immediate vesting Flexible PTO Generous Holiday Schedule + 5 Days for Annual Holiday Week Quarterly Recharge Fridays (paid days off for mental health recharge) Flexible work schedules Access to Coaches and Therapists through Modern Health 2 Volunteer days per year Monthly transportation allowance for employees that work in our Vancouver Hub location Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of any grounds protected by applicable human rights legislation, which may include age, ancestry, citizenship, color, ethnicity, family status, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or invisible disabilities, political belief, race, religion, or sexual orientation. Did you read the requirements as a checklist and not tick every box? Don't rule yourself out If this role resonates with you, hit the ‘apply’ button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
