Mechanical Design Engineer (Automation Machines) – Up to $5,500 + AWS Position: Mechanical Design Engineer (Automation Machines) – Up to $5,500 + AWS Location: Woodlands (4 Bus Stops from Admiralty MRT) Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus (Up to 2 months) + 12 – 16 Days of Annual Leave + Medical Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Mechanical Engineering Responsibilities Design, test, debug and commission the company’s product, which include jigs and fixtures, customized semi and fully automatic machines. Attend meetings with customers to discuss on their requirements in new projects and/or project proposals. Research and develop new ideas and concept to enhance company’s performance and competitiveness in the field of industrial automation. Procure and/or assist in the procurement of necessary items to enable the performance of above duties. Requirements Minimum of ITE in Mechanical Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in Customized Automation Machine Design. Knowledge in Solidworks preferred, familiar with Pro-E and Inventor added advantage. Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
