Curd Handling Manufacturing Associate

As a Curd Associate, you will support daily manufacturing by unpackaging stored curd, preparing production supplies, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires attention to detail, equipment sanitation, inventory control, and safe food handling. No prior experience is necessary because training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unpackage and prepare stored curd for production
• Maintain curd handling, storage, usage, and inventory records
• Operate, sanitize, and maintain curd handling equipment
• Inspect curd quality, consistency, and compliance
• Support production teams with timely curd supply

Requirements:

• Reliable attendance and accurate form completion
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, and food safety regulations
• Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication
• Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms
• Availability for weekends and statutory holidays
