Job Description As a Software Developer in the Migrate Foundation team, you’ll contribute to complex, high‑impact projects that shape the foundations of ShareGate Migrate. The team’s mandate is to empower our Feature Development Teams by building and maintaining the shared code, services, and infrastructure they rely on. You’ll work on modernizing both our desktop application and our web services. Responsibilities Contribute to projects that modernize our desktop application, web services, and core architecture. Partner with other developers to design, implement, and deliver solutions from end to end. Collaborate with feature teams to ensure platform improvements meet their needs. Support and improve our build infrastructure and delivery pipelines. Propose and drive impactful improvements that raise the standard for the whole department. Your work will have a direct impact on thousands of users by simplifying their migration processes and elevating their experience. Your week includes light, structured meetings, research, learning, development, and connecting with other teams to understand challenges and add value. You’ll take on meaningful projects that challenge your skills and offer endless opportunities to learn and grow. Tech Stack C#, .NET, WPF; MongoDB. Qualifications 3+ years of experience delivering commercial products with strong customer adoption; Solid experience in desktop or full‑stack web development within a modern product engineering environment; Experience in full‑stack web development and operating services in the cloud (Azure preferred); Proficiency with C# and the .NET ecosystem, including writing clean, maintainable, and testable code; Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform); Able to work independently on well‑defined problems, making steady progress with minimal supervision; Good judgment in breaking down work, estimating complexity, and communicating progress or risks; Attention to quality through testing, thoughtful design, and proactive consideration of edge cases; Comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking clarifying questions, and proposing solutions when requirements are not fully detailed; Experience integrating with the Microsoft API ecosystem (Graph SDK, MSAL, SharePoint CSOM/REST) is a plus.
