We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. A strong background in sales, particularly technology, will help you thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong client relationships to drive sales
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate products
• Manage inventory and merchandising tasks
• Adhere to company policies with positive approach
• Address inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Minimum 1 year of wireless customer service experience
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Bilingual in Punjabi or Hindi preferred
• Ability to engage and inform customers effectively
