Our team of Development, Affiliate, and Account Managers works to grow client revenue, expand portfolios and extend market reach. Affiliate Manager Job Description Onboard new publishers and traffic sources, executing IOs and preparing legal documents. Develop new vertical growth on supply channels, both new and existing to the network. Learn and grow upcoming offer verticals—including sweeps, mobile apps, casino and gambling, leadgen, and dating—on own and team portfolios. Create a communication plan to increase brand promotion and awareness with affiliate partners. Manage and scale affiliate marketing budgets. Manage dozens of existing publishers on a daily basis—communications, fraud prevention, contracts, troubleshooting, offer requests, and other essential tasks. Recruit top‑tier publishers through industry forums, emails, affiliate search tools, LinkedIn, and personal connections. Conduct business development through written marketing content, trade shows, Skype, and sales calls. Implement onboarding strategies to increase team efficiency and assess performance. Provide feedback to the company on how to best serve client needs. Communicate with Affiliate Managers to promote campaigns and ensure brand growth while maintaining safety and compliance. Maintain the highest level of customer service. Experience with online intranet systems. Thorough understanding of managing costs and budgets for internal and external activity. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience in intangible, media and internet sales products and affiliate marketing. Minimum 2 years’ sales experience with strong closing techniques. General affiliate marketing comprehension and strong verbal communication. Cost‑Per‑Action (CPA) experience. Organized and efficient follow‑up. Ability to meet customer expectations by adapting to different situations with sincerity and realism. Good online skills and experience with CRM systems. Performance‑driven mindset. Post‑secondary education. Location Markham, Ontario. Hybrid‑work: primarily remote with occasional on‑site collaboration.
