Primary Duties The role splits time between cross‑team functions that build the firm’s infrastructure and external‑facing work that stewards client relationships. RFP and DDQ Response : End‑to‑end project management of RFP and DDQ responses for investment management mandates, including maintaining a bank of responses, tailoring them to specific mandates, coordinating review cycles, and collaborating with subject matter experts. CRM Management : Management of Client Relationship Management software to ensure consistent process application, accurate logging of contacts and meeting notes, and outreach automation. Research and Strategy : Conduct ongoing, iterative research on market dynamics and investornikom to inform product development recomand. hés Content Creation : Work with subject matter experts to build high‑quality materials for sales, marketing, and business development, including pitch decks, webinars, blog posts, white papers, and informational content. Sales Research and Prospecting : Map prospective clients, originate opportunities, and conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to increase the effectiveness of sales meetings. Meetings and Presentations : Conduct both informal exploratory meetings and formal pitch presentations with prospective clients and partners. Event Management : End‑to‑end project management for in‑person and virtual events, including topic alignment, material development, guest list curation intrigu there and day‑of operations. Event Attendance : Represent the firm at relevant investment and impact‑investment forums, both in person and virtually. Qualifications Five or more years of relevant experience or equivalent training in investor relations(forms). sales fundraising, relationship development, or similar fields. Interest in and basic knowledge of impact investing. Experience creating engaging presentation materials or marketing assets to secure investment. Experience managing cross‑departmental projects from conception to delivery. Experience with data entry, analysis, and tool development for sales or marketing, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (e.g., Mailchimp, Affinity, Salesforce), and email automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft). Proficiency in English; proficiency in French is an asset. Legally able to work in Canada without restrictions.
