Cogir Senior Living provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care options across the country. This Housekeeping Aide position cleans and sanitizes residence spaces. You will operate floor care equipment, follow schedules, prepare documentation, and respect Resident Rights and Responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas
- Follow assigned schedules and appropriate cleaning methods
- Operate steam cleaning equipment and floor care machines
- Strip, scrub, spray, and buff carpet and non-carpet surfaces
- Adhere to safety rules and residence procedures
Requirements:
- Experience with standard institutional cleaning techniques
- Previous healthcare, commercial, or residential cleaning experience desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning and laundry procedures desirable
- Ability to meet the job’s physical requirements
- Ability to provide day-to-day feedback
