The Role

We're looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to take ownership of our React-based UI , shaping an intuitive, high-performance product experience from 0→1 . As part of the founding engineering team , you'll have the opportunity to define our frontend architecture, drive technical decisions, and influence product direction .

What You'll Do

  • Architect and own the frontend stack, ensuring a seamless, high-performance UI.
  • Design and build 0→1 : Develop core features from scratch, shaping the user experience for an AI-powered SaaS platform.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product leaders to craft intuitive and scalable interfaces.
  • Implement best practices in React, Next.js, GraphQL, and TypeScript to deliver a modern, world-class frontend.
  • Scale and iterate : Improve performance, UX, and maintainability as we transition from MVP to enterprise scale.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in modern frontend development , ideally at a fast-growing startup or top-tier engineering team.
  • Deep expertise in React, Next.js, GraphQL, and TypeScript , with a strong understanding of performance optimization and scalable UI architecture.
  • Experience building beautiful, responsive, and complex UI/UX for SaaS applications, ideally with enterprise-scale challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code and high-performance applications.
  • Startup mentality —excited about owning and driving a product, thriving in ambiguity, and moving fast.
  • Commitment to the journey —looking to grow with a high-impact team for 3+ years , not just testing the waters.
