Duration: 4 months + possible extensions The Role Seeking a Salesforce Consultant to configure and customize Salesforce, integrate external systems and deliver scalable solutions that optimize business processes. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, dashboards and analytics, change management, Agile delivery and release planning. You’ll maintain documentation, monitor new features, and provide technical components, integration interfaces and data migration plans while driving continuous improvement. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs, delivering solutions aligned with business requirements. Integrate Salesforce with external systems, maintain integration documentation and provide working interfaces. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translate them into scalable solutions and optimize/automate business processes. Deliver supporting business process documentation and training materials. Provide Apex code, Lightning components and ensure proficiency in LWC for UX design enhancements. Create dashboards and analytics reports aligned with KPIs for actionable insights. Support change management initiatives, training and user adoption strategies. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and contribute to release planning. Deliver release plans and change control documentation. Maintain platform documentation and enhancement backlog, monitor Salesforce releases, evaluate new features for adoption and contribute to strategic roadmap planning and governance. Develop and execute data migration plans, providing detailed execution reports. Provide weekly status updates, stakeholder communications and recommendations for platform innovation and continuous improvement. What You Bring to the Table Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and flows. Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce development (classes, triggers, test methods, Lightning components); hands‑on coding is not required for this role. Skilled in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and user experience design. Strong knowledge of security and access controls such as profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and Salesforce Shield. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective solutions. Proficient in reporting and analytics, including dashboards and KPI tracking. Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks for project delivery. Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Understanding of Salesforce Public Service Solutions, Grantmaking, and Communities is highly desirable. Only candidates being considered will be contacted. OXARO is an equal opportunity employer.
