Sayyara is building recurring SaaS for the auto repair industry—tools that help independent shops run smoother operations (work orders, inspections, estimates, customer communication, payments) while improving transparency and trust for drivers. This is an independent, commission-only, new-business (“hunter”) role. You’ll prospect auto repair businesses, run demos, and close new subscriptions. Onboarding and long-term customer support are handled by our team, with you staying involved only to ensure a clean handoff. Early-stage territory opportunity : help shape the sales motion, messaging, and vertical focus as we grow. Territory & flexibility Open to anywhere in Canada or the US. Territory is flexible and aligned to your location/network; accounts will be protected to avoid overlap as we add more reps. Local travel within your area/metro. Auto repair shops are typically clustered in industrial/commercial areas, so daily routes are usually tight rather than far and wide. Who you can target Independent repair shops (general repair, tire/brake, specialty). Franchise/banner locations (where locally owned/managed), including examples like Goodyear, Active Green + Ross, Speedy Auto Service, and similar networks. Responsibilities Prospect shop owners/General Managers/Service Managers via in-person visits, calls, and referrals. Drive opportunities from first meeting to close; keep pipeline notes and next steps organized. Coordinate a smooth handoff to onboarding after close. Qualifications Experience in B2B sales and/or automotive sales (selling to repair shops is a strong plus). Comfortable presenting software value, handling objections, and asking for the close. Self-directed, consistent follow-up, strong communication. Commission-only experience is an asset. Compensation (commission-only with monthly progressive tiers) Commission is paid monthly , aligned to customer payments (commission is paid after Sayyara receives payment from the customer for that period). Definition: Activated shop = the customer makes their first successful payment (this is when the shop counts toward your tier and commissions begin). Progressive monthly tiers (based on number of Activated shops in that month): Shops 1–10 activated in a month: 20% of first-year revenue (paid monthly as collected). Shops 11–20 activated in a month: 30% of first-year revenue (paid monthly as collected). Shops 21–30 activated in a month: 40% of first-year revenue (paid monthly as collected). Cancellation : Commission is only paid on revenue actually collected. If a shop cancels, commissions stop for future months (no payment on months not collected).
