About the role We are seeking a highly skilled, high-achieving Financial Engineer to join our Financial Engineering team. In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, data migration, d1g1t products, client business and the wealth management industry. You will act as a key client liaison responsible for onboarding, integration, delivery, go-to-market and post-launch success. You will be skilled in working with clients as well as our internal product and development teams to design and deliver functionality that will enable advisors to elevate their portfolio and client management, empowering them to thrive in a changing wealth management landscape. What you will do Master and demonstrate deep knowledge of the d1g1t product suite. Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, guiding customers through successful implementation and providing best practice recommendations. Independently resolve complex technical issues during data migration and integration. Lead implementation calls and tailored training sessions aligned with client workflows and objectives. Maintain strategic implementation roadmaps, ensuring timely achievement of milestones. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and delays. Translate client workflows and business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable use cases. Drive product adoption by effectively communicating features, integrations, and optimization opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to launch, position, and scale new client integrations. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and training resources. Test and validate to ensure the d1g1t platform is working as intended and obtain client acceptance through numerical validation of results and testing of workflows. Assist sales team during pre-sales by performing product demonstrations, answering technical queries, and supporting proof-of-concept engagements. Qualifications Required: Post secondary degree in math, quantitative finance, computer science, engineering. Minimum two years in related onboarding or implementation roles, ideally within SaaS environments coupled with Strong technical skills including Python scripting, Excel/CSV data mapping, data migration, and troubleshooting. Proven ability to learn complex technologies rapidly, including APIs, database systems, and scripting. Exceptional communication and logical problem-solving skills. Demonstrated project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple concurrent client projects. Skilled at writing understandable and concise technical documentation. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote work environment. Preferred Experience in wealth management or financial services industry. Demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary environment, with employees and clients from diverse academic, technical, and industrial backgrounds. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion). Familiarity with SQL, deployment procedures and working with developers in an agile framework. Experience conducting both virtual and on-site client engagements, training, and support sessions.
