OUR SERVICES Product Development Software Engineering Growth & Acceleration Software talent hiring OUR PRODUCT Role As our QA Automation Developer , you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software by building and maintaining automated testing frameworks. You will collaborate closely with Developers, Tech Leads, and Project Managers to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who combines programming expertise with a strong testing mindset, and who is motivated by delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a dynamic environment. Chrono Innovation is looking for a QA Automation Developer to: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and integration testing. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality assurance. Collaborate with Developers and Tech Leads to define test strategies and identify automation opportunities. Execute automated and manual tests as needed, analyzing results and reporting defects. Enhance testing frameworks for scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Contribute to regression and performance testing by expanding automated coverage. Stay up to date on emerging tools and best practices in test automation, applying them to improve QA processes. Document testing processes, frameworks, and test results to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on test automation. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, REST Assured). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Understanding of API testing and service validation (e.g., Postman, REST API tools). Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) is an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment. You thrive in an agile, collaborative environment where you can take ownership of automation initiatives. You are eager to continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead of trends in QA automation.
