Join us and help shape the future of technology About Us Hexagon Robotics is a division of Hexagon - a global leader in precision measurement and digital reality solutions. The humanoid initiative was launched in 2023 and in 2025 a dedicated Robotics division was created to help industrial customers achieve a higher degree of autonomy using humanoid robots. Our first humanoid, AEON, was officially launched on June 17, 2025. This appeals to you Manage and mentor the current AI team & talent Create and implement an ambitious roadmap to enhance robot capabilities with AI Ensure competitiveness of the solutions being implemented Drive short-term and long-term results Provide deep technology expertise to the organization Member of the senior leadership team Provide thought leadership in this space across a variety of external venues Lead Intellectual Property related aspects to bolster our existing patent portfolio Desired Skills This is you Master or PhD in computer science with a major in artificial intelligence Technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and imitation learning Deep understanding of foundational models and architectures, including LLMs, VLMs Direct experience with computer vision, object detection, and NLP algorithms and solutions Vast experience in motion control, path planning, and navigation Vast experience in object manipulation and autonomous decision-making Hands on experience of implementing scalable AI solutions for robotics Exceptional collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong leadership skills and presence Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience scaling teams at speed while maintaining the talent level What we offer you In addition to competitive compensation and an engaging and collaborative business culture, Hexagon Robotics offers a comprehensive package of benefits including Paid Time Off, RRSP matching, Extended Health Care, no cost Life Insurance and Employee & Family Assistance Program.
