The Role: Managing the installation of security solutions, ensuring efficient delivery from the time of accepted quotation to successful fulfilment in accordance with job scope and client needs. Review and careful interpretation of project needs, monitoring compliance with Wilsons and Industry standards. Supporting the technical team in understanding of project needs and providing team leadership for issue resolution by working with the appropriate team members and supervisors. Maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction, including project scheduling, managing client expectations, oversight of on-site technical work and client training. Ensuring clear and concise documentation of execution as it pertains to scope, change orders, notes, etc. Ongoing development of personal technical and industry knowledge to provide high quality and value security solutions. Qualifications: Organization and time management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong understanding of computers (i.e.: Microsoft Office) Strong analytical and decision-making skills Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment Detail-oriented Proven skills in conflict resolution Eager to learn & effective team player Demonstrated experience in a technical environment Knowledge and understanding of security systems is an asset PMPCertification is considered an asset This is a full-time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives.
