In this role, you'll support the Production Superintendent and manage operations at CCC's manufacturing site. With a minimum of five years of supervisory experience, you will oversee staff training, ensure adherence to safety standards, and enhance production efficiency by troubleshooting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure completion of training for all production staff
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and support
• Conduct mandatory safety and First Time Safe training
• Monitor production output and manage inventory audits
• Implement new processing techniques for efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role
• Preferably within manufacturing or plastics
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid forklift operator certification
• Familiarity with health and safety standards
