Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a comprehensive reference architecture for a wrap-around digital solution.

• Act as a liaison and work closely with enterprise architects, business architects, product owners, technical analysts, developers, and other key partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

• Support data architecture needs to integrate data across health information systems.

• Support key partners in linking data from the digital solution to the necessary health information systems.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to the digital strategy team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Demonstrate expertise in healthcare technology integration, including digital platforms.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in digital public healthcare implementation.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, presenting recommendations and progress updates.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices within the digital public healthcare sector.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the digital space, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate a deep understanding and be able to build a digital reference architecture within the public healthcare environment, combined with proven expertise in developing and implementing an innovative digital solution for POCT or equivalent.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare informatics, biomedical engineering, computer science, or 10 years of related experience; advanced degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on POCT or related fields.

• Strong understanding of public health solutions, with the ability to identify and implement innovative approaches.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing reference architectures or similar technical healthcare solutions.

• Familiarity with laboratory technical infrastructure framework and its interconnectedness with provincial, public, and health authority systems.

• Familiarity with existing public health lab interfaces and integration requirements.

• Experience working with service providers to deliver advisory services in the healthcare industry.

• Understanding project management methods and tools with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with partners at all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Hourly Rate: $110-$120 Per Hour.
