Integrate MongoDB as the primary data store in the target architecture. Maintain and support legacy systems using SQL and Solace messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless modernization. Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of services. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
