**Job Title: Electronic Assembler****Job Description**We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling electronic components, including complex and high-density projects, following assembly books, custom specifications, and quality standards. You will perform hand soldering and rework on thru-hole, SMT, mixed, and mechanical assemblies per engineering specs and IPC standards.**Work Environment**Our large facility is organized, clean, and quiet, with multiple departments on the production floor. Employees may occasionally be exposed to dust, solder, metals, high noise levels, or physical hazards. We foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace with a strong mix of women and men across teams. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime. Dress code includes wearing a smock, shoe covers, ear plugs/goggles, and closed-toe shoes.**Responsibilities**Assemble electronic components following assembly books and quality standards.Perform hand soldering and rework on thru-hole, SMT, mixed, and mechanical assemblies.Prepare, place, and install components accurately.Operate and maintain various assembly and testing equipment.Set up, calibrate, and maintain test stations; complete test logs and report yields.Test product functionality using tools like multimeters and PC-based programming.Finalize assembly and prepare products for packing and shipping.Participate in training and certification programs to maintain up-to-date skills.Support team-level quality initiatives, including root cause analysis.Communicate effectively with team members to resolve and prevent issues.**Essential Skills**6 months to 1 year of experience with assembling PCBA components.Good proficiency with hand tools, including laser CNC/Press fit.Experience in reworking mechanical/electrical assemblies.Good English communication skills, able to read and understand assembly documentation.Good computer skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a non-repetitive basis.Ability to distinguish different colors accurately.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Familiarity with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is a plus.Flexible and eager to learn.Good in a team environment with a positive attitude.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy a clean environment with friendly coworkers and social events.
