To design, implement, and own the narrative structure of the game, ensuring that story, quests, dialogue, and narrative systems are fully integrated with gameplay and production pipelines, while maintaining a high bar for narrative quality and player experience. Duties Take ownership of narrative structure, systems, and content from concept through implementation and iteration Design and implement dialogue, voice-over, and interactive narrative elements using in-engine tools Maintain and work within established production and software pipelines while meeting deadlines and milestones Collaborate closely with Writers, Level Design, Production, Cutscenes, Audio, Environment Art, and Concept Art to integrate narrative seamlessly with gameplay Partner with writers and level designers to deliver a coherent, emotionally engaging, and interactive narrative experience Develop supplemental narrative content supporting gameplay systems and aligned with the overall project vision Create, maintain, and evolve documentation for narrative systems, tools, and content Own specific narrative features or systems and drive them to completion with minimal oversight Share knowledge, best practices, and mentorship with less experienced narrative designersSupport onboarding of new narrative team members as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
