Client Overview Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Product Designer to support the design and enhancement of digital banking products. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional teams to create intuitive, user‑centered experiences for customers across digital channels. Job Overview The Product Designer will contribute to end‑to‑end design processes, from research and concept development to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. The ideal candidate has 3‑5 years of experience designing consumer‑facing digital products, preferably within financial services or similarly complex, regulated environments. Responsibilities Design user‑centered experiences for digital banking products across mobile and web Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and align on design direction Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate design decisions Contribute to and work within established design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively Support ongoing iterations based on user insights, analytics, and business needs Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer Experience designing digital products in banking, fintech, or another complex industry (preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work, including research, UX, and UI Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within structured processes Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 24 Seven Talent by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
