The Billing and Licensing team builds the tools for how we bill our customers, handling multiple products and a growing number of monetization paths. What you’ll work on Develop and execute a product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Billing and Licensing teams, aligning with Clio’s overarching business objectives and customer needs. Depth & breadth: understand customer needs across the entire Clio product suite and think deeply about the best solutions. Work cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, designers and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality product changes. Product Development and Lifecycle Management Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Use data and customer insights to track key metrics and performance indicators, identifying opportunities for product optimization and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including customers and other Clio product teams, to gather insights, feedback and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring alignment across departments and effective communication of product goals and milestones. What you bring Over 4 years of experience in product management roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of managing and enhancing complex software products or platforms. Exceptional ability to build strong relationships across the business, drive constructive conversations and make decisions in ambiguous situations. Experience building technical products. Strong business and metrics focus. Experience conducting user research, gathering feedback and using data to inform product decisions that enhance user experience. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, marketing and sales. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others and drive product initiatives forward. Growth mindset when it comes to process improvement and new technologies, especially AI. Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee’s location. We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on the individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
