Quarry Superintendent

Gulf Operators is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quarry Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of one of our quarry sites. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of aggregate materials while maintaining compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in quarry or mining operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes and equipment. Proven leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quarry management software. Responsibilities Lead and manage all quarry operations including drilling, blasting, crushing, and hauling. Supervise and coordinate the activities of quarry personnel and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain equipment and infrastructure to ensure operational reliability. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams to meet production goals.
