Serve real food by hand as a Chipotle Crew Member, with training across grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations. Full and part-time opportunities are available.
Chipotle Crew Members create friendly customer experiences while preparing food and supporting restaurant operations. Training helps you build confidence at multiple stations, whether you have restaurant experience or none. The role suits people who communicate in the work location’s primary language and enjoy helping customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Work across grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Create the friendly atmosphere customers expect
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Support customers and fellow team members
Requirements:
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for serving customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Be at least 16 years old
- Communicate in the location’s primary language
Bring enthusiasm, cooking interest, and customer service skills to Chipotle’s Crew Member team while learning every restaurant station.
