Merchandising Execution Associates maintain product presentation across multiple store departments. You will execute merchandising projects, organize overhead areas, maintain displays, and support customer needs. The work includes planogram execution, general bay service, resets, and safe, accurate task completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read directions and set merchandise according to planograms
- Straighten, clean, and merchandise products for visual appeal
- Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools
- Maintain signage, brochures, price labels, and display materials
- Record bay service activities and complete assigned projects
Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of relevant working experience
- Basic computer skills with web application knowledge
- Ability to follow safety policies and identify hazards
- Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move items
