Job description

Job summary: As a Welder-Assembler at Tecnar, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling metal parts using high-quality welding techniques. You will work closely with our production team to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities :
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and welding instructions.
  • Prepare metal parts to be welded by cleaning, adjusting and positioning them correctly.
  • Effectively operate a variety of welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders.
  • Perform high quality welds following required procedures and specifications.
  • Assemble metal parts using appropriate joining techniques.
  • Monitor the quality of welds and assemblies to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company safety standards.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of welding processes and techniques.

  • Welding certification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in welding and metal assembly.
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of welding (MIG, TIG, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and to evolve in a results-oriented environment.
