Your Impact You will ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our Trading Grid data analytics platform by designing and implementing robust testing frameworks and automation strategies. You’ll work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to validate complex data workflows, machine learning integrations, and user-facing features. As a Quality Assurance Developer, you will have opportunities to: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for backend services, data pipelines, and analytics components. Create and execute test plans for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define quality standards and acceptance criteria. Validate data integrity, model outputs, and system performance across various scenarios. Identify, document, and track defects; drive resolution and continuous improvement. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in testing environments. What You Need To Succeed 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test automation. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages. Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, JUnit, Selenium, Postman). Familiarity with data validation, ETL testing, and analytics workflows. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
