ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is a multi-location full-service crop production retailer. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER The role involves leading and developing a high-performing retail team through recruiting, training, and effective scheduling. A key focus is delivering excellent customer service, helping customers with product selection, and resolving any issues. The position oversees retail operations to ensure a positive experience for both staff and customers, manages inventory to balance product availability with minimized carry-over, and upholds product knowledge, particularly in seed, chemical, fertilizer, and custom application. Additionally, it ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards and fosters strong relationships with suppliers and chemical company representatives. WORK SCHEDULE You will work out of a fully updated location with new fertilizer plant, office, and seed treater. This full-time position will require some work outside traditional hours.
