### ** Position: Social Media Coordinator**

**Location:** Toronto ON - Yorkville

**Job Type:** Full Time

### **What You'll Do:**

The successful candidate will create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity and connects with our audience across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).


• Developing, managing and implementing a social media strategy and calendar to grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience loyalty


• Collaborating with team to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and vision


• Scheduling and publishing posts to maintain a consistent and on-brand presence across all channels

Analyzing social media performance metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize strategies

Monitoring and engaging with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster relationships

Manage our Online Reputation by working with Client and Consultant feedback via strategic planning and proactive measures (ie exit interviews/surveys, industry ratings etc)

Create and manage campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

### **What We're Looking For:**

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.

Strong understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics.

Excellent writing and communication skills with a creative flair.

Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).

Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
