As a Sales Associate, you'll support the Store Leadership Team by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your product knowledge. Communicate promotions effectively and assist customers with their needs, ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your role emphasizes proactive customer interaction and optimal stock management to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with urgency
• Greet customers and provide tailored service
• Communicate merchandise value and current promotions
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment
• Maintain organized stock levels and product displays
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
