Preferred Qualifications 3 years retail or customer service management experience. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity. Minimum high school diploma or GED. Requirements Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply. Ability to work full time, including variable hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays). Compensation & Benefits The typical hiring range for this role is between $61,000 - $78,225 CAD annually. Base pay reflects the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity. Eligible partners may participate in a bonus program and annual bean stock grants.
