Deliver customer service for event parking with Calgary Sports & Entertainment in Calgary, using payment support and issue resolution skills. Events continue throughout the year.
As Event Staff, you will support customers using parking facilities during events. The work includes payment inquiries, customer interactions, parking entry and exit, and revenue handling. You will follow site policies while maintaining service priorities. The position works with Calgary Flames and Calgary Stampeders in the City of Calgary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with parking payment questions and procedures
- Support parking entry and exit processes
- Process tickets, fees, validations, and visitor passes
- Prepare shift reports, sort tickets, and deposits
- Report equipment deficiencies and safety concerns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience required
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic parking equipment and POS knowledge
- Parking-related experience and basic technical education
Support Calgary Flames and Calgary Stampeders events through customer service, payment processing, parking operations, and accurate revenue records.
