We also consider for employment all qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with applicable law.**Responsibilities*** Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and product AI features* Hands on MCP tools to integrate AI solutions into product workflows* Collaborate with the AI Platform team to leverage shared infrastructure, tools, and services* Experiment with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-modal AI techniques to build intelligent applications* Develop prototypes to validate ideas and drive them into production-ready solutions* Document findings, share best practices, and contribute to AI knowledge sharing across other groups* Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI features in production.* Own full engineering cycle including designing, prototyping, coding, validating, deployment, and troubleshooting* Establish strong partnership and collaborate effectively with engineering teams worldwide with concise communication, strong commitment and win-win mindset* Develop tools to boost development like automated testing, performance monitoring, resiliency analysis, etc* Share and bring best practice into the team/product; promote best practice/achievement to engineering community* Leading technical discussion and design cross global teams* Mentoring and leading junior members to contribute on project goals**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor in Computer Engineering with 8+ years working experience or equivalent MS* Require excellent experience in AI such as AI agent, MCP, LLM* Excellent programing skills with Python, Java* Rich AI system design experience* Excellent analytical capability and fast-learning ability* Excellent knowledge about AWS services or similar core services from other providers* Good leadership, communication and teamwork* Comprehensive technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, implementation, automation tests and deployment* Fluent English communication**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in data scientist is a plus* Successfully completed one or more commercial AI software development cycles is a plus* Advanced expert role, requiring deep subject-matter knowledge and sound business acumen to advise leaders* For jobs at this level, knowledge of the business starts to become as important as subject-matter knowledge* Incumbents translate specialized subject-matter requirements into business needs/requirements* Require depth of specialized expertise to interpret internal/external business issues and recommend best practices to address them* Solve complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors by taking a broad perspective to identify the best approach and innovative solutions* Work independently, with close guidance in only the most complex or unusual situations* Adapt communication style to persuade various stakeholders across the business and frequently interact with senior leaders to provide advice and SME* May lead functional teams or programs within own function (or closely related functions)****Learn More******About Autodesk**Welcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.
