As a Dietary Aide, you will work under the supervision of the Nutrition and Food Services team, supporting clients' dietary needs. Your responsibilities will include cash management and meal distribution while following established departmental policies. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about food service in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients
• Maintain sanitary food handling practices
• Assist with cash management duties
• Follow departmental policies and food safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions
Requirements:
• 6 months experience in food handling or healthcare food services
• Completion of a Dietary Aide certificate
• Knowledge of electronic menu management systems
• Proficiency in both official languages preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurance required
