About NextMatch AI Next Match LLC operates NextMatch AI ( ) – a hiring platform that connects job seekers directly to employers’ internal systems. Instead of your resume getting lost on job boards, our tech helps employers quickly find and shortlist you for real roles. We’re looking for Web Developers across Canada to support our own product and roles with employers in our network. About the Role As a Web Developer , you’ll build and maintain modern, responsive web applications. Depending on the employer and project, you may work on front‑end, back‑end, or full‑stack features for platforms in tech, e‑commerce, SaaS, and more.
