In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting high-quality SaaS product. As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.**Responsibilities:*** Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.* Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software applications using best practices and industry standards.* Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and documentation practices.* Write non-application code, such as infrastructure as code, unit tests, metrics, monitoring, alarms, etc, to ensure reliability and maintainability.* Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality.* Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.* Take time for learning and continuous improvement, building your skills and exploring interests beyond current work tasks.* Participate in on-call rotations to support critical system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.**Qualifications:*** 3 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.* Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Go, Java, JavaScript, Python or similar languages.* Demonstrated expertise in complex application development, including debugging, analysis, and optimization.* Experience with cloud native application development on AWS or Azure.* Experience with microservice architectures, REST API development, and event-driven architectures.* Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines.* Proven ability to leverage AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development and explore multiple implementation approaches in parallel.* Leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle while maintaining architectural consistency and code quality standards.* Ability to perform thorough and detail oriented reviews when evaluating AI generated code whith a focus on assessing architectural fit, system context, and edge cases.* Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.* Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for keeping up with industry trends and technologies.**What We Offer You:**You're important to us.
