About the Role The Senior Manager, Reporting is a key member of Colliers’ global finance team, responsible for leading external reporting, public company filings and preparing investor relations materials. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance & Treasurer, this role partners closely with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership to ensure best-in-class financial communications and compliance. Responsibilities Public Company Reporting, Filings and Compliance (30%) Prepare quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, MD&A, financial statements, and presentations Ownership of regulatory filings (SEDAR and EDGAR) and compliance with public company reporting filings (OSC and SEC) and technical accounting standards (US GAAP, ASU updates) Participate in quarterly results review meetings with regional and service line management Lead or support significant redrafts of regulatory documents (e.g., AIF). Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams on accounting policy implementation and analysis of complex and non-routine transactions Develop investor presentations and maintain investor relations site, collaborating with the VP, Finance & Treasurer to enhance content and highlight strategic differentiation Monitor and analyze public disclosures of peer companies, preparing comparative insights Support investor meetings by drafting responses and preparing materials for buy side/sell side interactions and equity or debt issuances Prepare presentations for quarterly Board, Audit & Risk Committee, and Global Executive Team meetings Attend global budget & forecast meetings with regional management teams Ad Hoc & Strategic Projects (15%) Work collaboratively with department heads to support the execution of strategic initiatives Provide acquisition support for the global strategic investments team Qualifications 5–7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a global public company (preferably in real estate, engineering, investment management, or professional services) Holds a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA) or CFA designation Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); strong financial modeling capabilities Solid understanding of technical accounting, with US GAAP knowledge considered an asset Experience preparing board materials, public company regulatory filings (SEC and OSC), and investor communications Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset, and a bias for action Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and guide both internal and external stakeholders Highly collaborative, responsive, and detail-oriented; excels in cross-functional environments Results-driven, consistently delivers on competing deadlines and manages complex projects with ownership mentality Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to find root causes of problems and resolve issues Other Criteria This is an execution-related role with no direct reports Travel commitment: 0%-10% based on business needs; flexibility to work across multiple time zones occasionally This is an in-office role with the flexibility to work remotely occasionally one day per week If you are interested, please forward a copy of your resume to Romy Elias.
