You will have an opportunity to work in a variety of roles covering all aspects of Data Engineering including Data Modelling, Integration, Pipeline Development, Quality & Governance.Come grow your career in Technology at Accenture**Key Responsibilities:*** Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.* Develop, optimize, and maintain PySpark-based ETL pipelines running on Azure Databricks or Azure Synapse.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design effective data solutions.* Optimize existing data pipelines for performance and scalability.* Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues to ensure reliable data delivery.* Document data processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.* **This role will require 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site located in the Greater Toronto Area.****What you need**:* 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a related role* A bachelor's degree or college program, usually in computer science, computer engineering, or mathematics* Advanced proficiency in PySpark* Proficiency in Databricks LLM* Experience with ETL development, data transformation, and orchestration tools* Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD* Experience with SQL Optimization and Query Tuning* Strong skills in communication, change management, project management, and storytelling**Bonus points if you have:*** Advanced proficiency with Databricks Platform* Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional (2025) certificationCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
